Well, this is another drawing that took longer than it was supposed to.

Anyway, this is an original character of the fabulous ~! She writes a very interesting and well-written fanfiction called "Living a Legend" for the Harry Potter series. Obviously, this is her heroine, Holly McFarland. GO READ THE FIC NAOW. 'Tis awesome:

As for the plants around the border, they have some meanings as well (from left to right):
